• While our designs and created platforms are quite clean and light looking, this philosophy plays a role in everything leading up to the creation of a new tool or feature. We create things that are easy to use, and contain features that people will actually use as part of their work flow.

• We love new ideas.
• If there's anything you think of that seems better than what we're currently doing, or something completely new and different, bring it. We'll build it together.
• Creativity and innovation is when you have a problem, but you don't come to the team with a problem. Come with an idea for a solution the problem! We'll brainstorm together.
